The IEA IDB (International Database Analyzer) is free software that can be used to combine and analyze data from all IEA large-scale assessments. It can also analyze data from most major large-scale assessments, including those from NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress of the USA) and those conducted by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).
